Shipping
- We keep all our electronic cigarette products in stock and ready to ship in our warehouse in the US.
- Most orders will ship within 8 business hours and are sent out via the United States Postal Service.
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
- Orders placed after 12 pm mountain time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Orders placed late Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

U.S. Shipping Costs per order:

- $5.00 for Ground Shipping (usually 4-6 days)
- $10.95 for Priority Shipping (usually 2-3 days)
- $29.95 Overnight Shipping*
*Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 12 pm mountain time to be shipped the same day. If you place your order later than this time or on Saturday and would like it sent out that day, please call our Customer Service Ninjas, we may be able to get it out. Also, the USPS does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.
- All orders over $99 will be eligible for Free Shipping. You must choose this option when checking out and it only applies to orders wtihin the US. The Free Shipping is Ground Shipping. If you require any other shipping method, you can select it, but must pay for the faster shipping.
International Shipping Costs per order:

- Shipments to Canada: $39.95 for International Express Mail (5-7 days) Tracking is available and can be tracked as long as the destination country updates the shipment status **
- Shipments to the rest of the World: $49.95 for International Express Mail (5-7 days), includes tracking.
**Please note that some countries may hold shipments in customs for a certain amount of time and may charge customs fees for which you will be responsible. We are not responsible if your package gets stuck in customs, and no refund will be issued.
E-Cigarette Warranty & Returns
We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with our Veppo Electronic Cigarette. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to vaping. If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged by the USPS, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that were damaged.
Defective Products
For products that just don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective? If you think your e-cig is not working the way it should, please call our Customer Service Ninjas to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective.

30 Day Guarantee
Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. But, if you have the electronic cigarette, we would like you to give it a chance. Our Veppo e-cig is the closest product available to the real thing, but there is still some getting used to it. We urge you to be patient and work with our Customer Service Ninjas to help you with your transition. Getting the right flavor and nicotine level you are used to is key in being successful with the e-cig. We are very confident that with our help and your cooperation, we can make your transition to the e-cig a success. If after 30 days of using the e-cig and working with the Ninjas, you strongly feel the e-cig is just not for you, return the product and we will issue you a refund or store credit for 50% of your order.
Warranty on E-Cigarette Batteries
Our lithium ion e-cigarette batteries come with a 30 Day Warranty against factory defects. If our e-cigarette battery is defective, you'll likely know it right away and certainly within the first few days.
Proper use and maintenance of e-cigarette batteries includes:
- Using the battery solely for the use it is intended and using it exclusively with Veppo parts
- Properly storing and transporting the battery in a protective case and not letting it come in contact with other metal objects
- Avoid dropping or hitting the battery
- Only re-charging the battery once the charge has completely drained
- Regular cleaning of the connection point
- Avoid getting any debris or e-liquid inside the battery - automatic batteries (those which activate upon drawing on it) can be damaged when using e-liquid to refill cartridges. For this reason, automatic batteries will not be warrantied if used with e-liquid. Manual batteries are warrantied and recommended when used with e-liquid. Manual batteries are sealed and therefore no e-liquid can damage them.
If you have followed the above guidelines and the battery has not lasted its 300 charges, please contact our Customer Service Ninjas and we will replace it free of charge.
Warranty on Atomizers
Our atomizers can last anywhere from 1 month to 12 months depending on the frequency of use, how it is used, and the proper use and maintenance.
Proper use and maintenance e-cigarette atomizers includes:
- Using the atomizer solely for the use it is intended and using it exclusively with Veppo parts
- Properly storing and transporting the atomizer in a protective case and not letting it come in contact with other metal objects
- Avoid dropping or hitting the atomizer
- If you use other e-liquid brands to refill your cartridges, we will not warranty our atomizers unless you exclusively use the Veppo brand e-liquid. There are a lot of low quality e-liquids on the market that damage and shorten the life of atomizers.
If your atomizer is not working properly and you have followed the above guidelines, we will replace it free of charge. As long as it is within 30 days of purchasing the atomizer.
Warranty on Other Parts
Because of strict health regulations, opened cartridges, cartomizers, or e-liquid cannot be returned unless they are defective. For all other items, please contact our Customer Service Ninjas and they can help you determine if a part is under warranty.
Returns Procedure
If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.
- Login into your account,
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Ninjas. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
